Mrs. Florence Robine, presented the medal of Knight of the National Order of Merit to Mrs. Daniela Ivanova-Marie, lawyer at the Sofia Bar and Paris Bar, for her work as a Franco-Bulgarian lawyer and legal advisor to French companies and institutions in Bulgaria.
